The structure is an 11 storey, reinforced concrete frame with in-situ floor slabs on piled foundations. External elevations are clad and glazed utilising SFS. Full associated mechanical and electrical services are installed, including CCTV, data, life safety systems, ventilation etc. & 2no. lifts. General finishes include ironmongery, suspended ceilings, dry lining, floor finishes, painting and decorating & FF&E.
