We successfully transformed this former residential home into luxury student accommodation just in time for the students beginning their university journey. We have created the perfect home-from-home environment for studying & relaxing, with 12 spacious ensuite rooms, communal kitchen & lounge spaces & a private outdoor area.

The works consisted of the strip out, refurbishment & fit-out of the existing 3 storey home, installing new internal partitions & studwork, doors, floors & ceiling finishes, fixture & fittings & all associated M&E service installations.
