The construction of a new The Range store, located at the Boulevard Banbridge. The new 50,000ft² extension to the existing Tesco store consisted of piled foundations, steel frame, in-situ concrete floors, insulated roof, curtain walling/cladding & extensive fit-out works. The building was successfully completed with M&E service installations including heating, power, ventilation, emergency & fire alarm systems. We completed all external site works including car parking, drainage & landscaping.

The store has more than 65,000 products across 16 different departments, including a selection of Iceland products & an outdoor garden centre.
