The redevelopment of the former two storey Victoria Park Nursing home at 5-7 Connsbrook Avenue, to create 21 social housing apartments for Clanmil Housing Association.

The works include:

• Partial demolition of existing building – including removal of roof, internal floor screeds & removal of asbestos (as identified in the Asbestos Report
• Concrete strip foundations
• In-situ concrete ground floor
• Load-bearing masonry cavity walls
• Trussed roof with concrete roof tiles
• Hardwood windows
• Full Mechanical & Electrical service installations
• External works including brick walls with metal railings & apartment & site drainage to public mains
