The project involved the conversion, extension and reuse of the existing floor of an existing restaurant unit, along with the construction of an extension to the existing cinema complex. The 10,000sq ft steel frame extension added a further three big screens, one of which is the state of the art Maxx screen. The works included piled foundations, specialised gas venting and gas membrane installation, precast slabs, insulated cavity wall, brick faced & cladded with composite kingspan powder coated panels.

During the works we collaboratively engaged with the client and neighbouring tenants as the structure was built in a live busy complex, including nine restaurants, a coffee shop and a children’s play area along with our client’s existing cinema.
