Development of a new 85,000sq ft leisure and entertainment destination, located in the east of Belfast City. The scheme was anchored by an eight screen Omniplex Cinema with adjacent high specification restaurant and retail units. The retail units range from 2000sq ft to 7156sq ft, suitable for restaurants and other visitor attraction centres.

The design and build of each unit included driven piled foundations with reinforced concrete pads and ground beams, structural steel frames enveloped with architectural blockwork walls to first floor height and topped with contemporary architectural cladding and curtain wall glazing. We completed external siteworks including soft and hard landscaping, 670 car parking spaces, access and egress road construction works including the Old Dundonald Road roundabout, diversion of stream and diversion of existing power lines.
