The project included the construction of 10 social housing units, comprising of 4 semi-detached dwellings, 4 detached dwellings & 2 apartments. Each unit was complete with associated services installations & external siteworks, achieving ‘Secured By Design’ & Lifetime Homes accreditations. The irregular shaped site, located to the rear of 72-84 Main Street, Greyabbey, required extensive groundworks prior to the construction of the units.
