The construction of a new leisure complex including an eight screen cinema with MAXX giant screen, four restaurants and 415 car parking spaces. The new complex is third of it’s kind in Ireland incorporating 18300sqft Omniplex and 8200sq ft of retail units. The works involved driven piled foundations, structural steel frame enveloped with architectural blockwork walls and topped with contemporary architectural cladding and curtain wall glazing. We completed the external siteworks including car parking, footpaths, paving, storm and foul drainage and landscaping. The building was complete with associated M&E service installations such as lighting, fire and emergency systems, ventilation, heating and power.
