Facilities Management contract at the 18,000m² court complex in Belfast City Centre for NI Court service. We have efficiently completed all planned and reactive maintenance requirements since 2001, completing various works orders such as M&E services, cleaning, building fabric repairs, decorations, waste disposal and all ground maintenance.
