Facilities Management contract, providing management administration, planned and reactive maintenance within the 6000m² library and office accommodation. Since 2006 we have successfully completed the works within the live library and office accommodation responding to various work orders including M&E services, cleaning, decorating, building fabric repairs, refurbishments, ground maintenance and waste disposal.
