We are the Facilities Management contractor for 70nr residential units, located in Portadown. The social housing units comprise of a mix of houses and apartments for general needs tenants, which are complete with associated engineering services and siteworks. We have successfully completed all planned and reactive maintenance requirements, with works including refurbishments, repairs, decoration, M&E services, cleaning and all associated grounds maintenance.
