Student Accommodation at the University of Ulster

Facilities Management contract of hard and soft Facilities Management services for 354 rooms contained within 16 blocks. All rooms have en-suite facilities and are complete with phone and internet access. Since 2004 we have successfully completed the works within the occupied accommodation, requiring stringent security procedures for both planned and reactive maintenance. Works include replacement and refurbishment of the existing building fabric, M&E installations, cleaning, waste disposal, pest control and ground maintenance.
